Keli 2019 New product launch was held in shanghai on 10^th,July. Customers from all around the world attend the conference, they are from Russia, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Iran, India, Vietnam, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina etc. The conference presented the latest load cell, Indicator, Automatic vehicle weighing system and latest IOT system, IOT product applications, etc.

The Vice President of KeLi Company Mr. Lin Defa delivered a speech on the conference.,expressing his gratitude and welcome of KeLi to the international customers. He Pointed out that the development direction of weighing instrument will be more and more automatic in the near future. KeLi’s products have presented with data analysis and IOT application. We will expand the Product on the area of big data, IOT and automatic against the development of 5G and AI.

During the conference, The Indicator Engineer Joey presented the IOT SYSTEM 1701. Intelligent Equipment Component Engineer Victor presented the Automatic Vehicle Weighing System. And Load-cell development Engineer Timo presented the High-speed in-motion vehicle scale. 

W1701 is upgrade from last IOT weighing system W1503,and contains more sensors, like angle sensor, temperature sensor, AI sensor and Displacement sensor, which can detect the status of Load cell and scales more comprehensively. The system realize the self-fault diagnosis through the background data analysis, making the truck scale system more intelligent and humane.

Automatic Vehicle Weighing System integrates external equipments and software to realize the automation management. It is composed of automatic long-distance vehicle license plate recognition unit, automatic voice broadcast command system, Automatic Capturing vehicle weighing image system, traffic light control system, infrared anti-cheating system, toll gate control system and remote monitoring system etc. The Characteristic of the system is the weighing data can be automatic collection, identification, command, processing and automatic control.

High-speed in-motion vehicle scale system is an advanced and efficient solution for overload. Without affecting the flow of traffic, full-automatic and 24H service mostly speed up the inspection efficient. It composed of Strain Gage Load Cell, Inductive Loop Detector, License Plate Reader, Over Length Detector, Information Board, Instrumentation Cabinet (include Signal collect instrument and In-Motion indicator) and background monitor center. KeLi has a large number of application of High-speed in-motion vehicle scale system as it is widely used in china, We accumulated lots of practical experience and can provide customers with a complete sets of system product.
